Troubleshooting Guide

You may access Edgefield's Booklist Portal using your Student Edgefield Email Address and Password.

If you are shown the 'Access Denied' or 'Authorization Error' message (after clicking on the login button), it is due to the following reasons:

  • You have entered the incorrect Edgefield Email Address and Password; or
  • You have more than 1 Google Account currently logged in to your web browser, and is trying to login using the wrong Google account.

To resolve this issue, please do the following:

  1. Ensure that you have selected the correct Edgefield Student Google Account to access the portal.
  2. Sign out of ALL of your Google Accounts that are currently logged in your web browser.
  3. Open a new “incognito” window to access the Booklist Portal. This ensures that you are not logged in to any of your existing Google account(s).
  4. Try accessing the portal on another device (i.e another laptop, iPad or smartphone).
